At first I was very confused why there were seemingly two pages of the same hairstyles, then realized the difference. Half of the hairs are ones you choose the color on one side, and the other half you choose the color on the other side. If that makes any sense.
My first impressions were good, at the first glance of the new floors I liked what I saw. As I tried the hairs on, I became more disappointed with them. Most of them are off to the side by a few pixels, which I absolutely can't stand. It bothers me to a large degree, for whatever reason. I almost want to contact Stardoll and ask them about it. Why can't we move the hairs left and right?
Anyways.
The concept of the new hairs is interesting, but I'm not a huge fan of not being able to choose what color half of the hair is.
The fact that some are only for superstars doesn't bother me, of course, because I am a superstar member.
A lot of them are super pricey though. For what reason? They are longer hairstyles? Tress-up used to be a cheaper store. With that being said, all of the stores used to be cheaper haha.
My favorites are Side Waves Yang and Kylie Yang. Those are the two I purchased, for 38 stardollars. I do not plan on buying their counterparts. Side Waves is very neat and classy, and Kylie is young but mature.
The other hairstyles would probably be nicer if they sat on the head right. I also like Isabela and Blondie, but they just don't look natural.
As for the Doree colors that came out, a lot of them are too close in color to ones that already exist and are particularly boring. That's not a bad thing, because we do need a few more natural hair tones to choose from in the starplaza.
Are you fond of the new levels in Tress-up?
